We only accept returns for manufacturer's defects or wrong items shipped. Customers who receive a defective or wrong item will be asked to email a picture of the product to customer service before you can be issued a RMA number.
BaubleBox.com must be notified within 3 business days of receiving a defective product. Defective products must be post marked within 5 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers who receive a defective item will be asked to email a picture of the product to customer service before you can be issued a RMA number.
You must contact BaubleBox customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping any defective item’s back to BaubleBox. All returns without a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box will be rejected and returned to sender at their expense.

- Wear and Tear
- Stone Color
- Intentionally Damaged Products
