Return Policy


All Sales Are Final - It's yours to keep! 
We only accept returns for manufacturer's defects or wrong items shipped. Customers who receive a defective or wrong item will be asked to email a picture of the product to customer service before you can be issued a RMA number. Baublebox is not responsible for any packages that are refused, returned to sender, or missing RMA numbers written clearly on the outside of the package. Packages will be returned at the customer's expense.


Manufacturer Defect 
BaubleBox.com must be notified within 3 business days of receiving a defective product. Defective products must be post marked within 5 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers who receive a defective item will be asked to email a picture of the product to customer service before you can be issued a RMA number. Customer will only be issued store credit upon RMA completion.


RMA Number 
You must contact BaubleBox customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipping any defective item’s back to BaubleBox. All returns without a RMA number written clearly on the outside of the package will be rejected and returned to sender at their expense. Customer will only be issued store credit upon RMA completion. Baublebox is not responsible for any packages that are refused, returned to sender, or missing RMA numbers written clearly on the outside of the package. Packages will be returned at the customer's expense.

Manufacturer Warranty 
Manufacturer Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Wear and Tear
  • Stone Color
  • Intentionally Damaged Products
